Who We Help
We focus our support on disadvantaged young musicians, enabling them to take part in musical opportunities that are readily available to their peers. We particularly welcome applications on behalf of looked-after individuals and those from single parent households.
Applicants must be aged 11 to 18 when the activity will take place, although in exceptional cases we support individuals aged 10 or 19. The course provider must already have offered the place to them in principle.
Our Selection Criteria

Grade 8 (i.e. not reached diploma level or equivalent)
on the instrument for which they are applying.
